Donna Nook Grey Seals.

Postby Hihonyr8811 » Fri Nov 16, 2012 8:34 pm

I've been every year since 1997, it is well worth a trip to see them, although I would recommend, if possible, go on a week day, weekends are VERY busy.

My favourite seal, her name is 'ropeneck', I always look out for her, she was rescued form a fishing net in 2000, and with the exception of 2006, she's been every year. And even more amazing, she goes back to the same bit of sand, to with in a few feet, so she's easy to find.

They won't peak in births for another couple of weeks, so plenty of time to see them if anyone is interested.

XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

Very nice photographs as always Helen :ymapplause: :ymapplause:. Thank you for sharing them. I will never see them in real life, so the photographs are the next best thing. Thank you again :) :).
