BBC Breakfast weather reports Tuesday is the best day of the week. Looks like it's going to be dry and sunny in the morning with showers bubbling up in the afternoon, becoming more frequent as the afternoon goes on.

Wonder if they'll adjust the times if the morning is going to be better weather. This is from their official face book page.

Successful PDA practice today, next is the real thing on Tues 24th first take off at 13:40 weather permitting. PB

And this too ;)

We will hopefully try to get the trailer outside on Tuesday April 24th if PDA goes ahead so you can meet some of the team. Sunny

ALL the forecasts I've viewed have some rain all day for Coningsby, damned shame really! :(

In DTs day it would depend on what the crew were doing, bearing in mind they fly BBMF as a secondary duty. If everyone is available to bring the flight forward they would have done [assuming the AOC was available too!]

We will be at Newark at the weekend with a MaPS stand for the V-force re-union. :)

Unfortunately, I can't make it on Tuesday, so sod's law says I will miss a dry and sunny day. :((

Hope the mount(ain) rescue team aren't too busy. :p

Looking forward to maybe seeing some of you at Newark.

Just looked at the radar forecast on the met office website. LOOK'S like the rain won't hit Coningsby until after 16:00.

I've got my kids and my mum with me, we've said, if the weather turns out shite, we'll carry on to Skeg Vegas and take the boys into Panda's Palace :D

I got to Coningsby at 09:35, and made my way down to the mound. There were a few people there when I got there, including Helen & Paul. A brief 'hello' from Paul was received, but no-one else spoke. There were others in the group who knew Paul & Helen, but they didn't know who I was. Had to leave at 15:30 to get the bus back home. And YES, I was the idiot stood out in that rain in the afternoon. What time did the PDA finally finish? Saw the 2 Spitfires doing their display in the distance as I was coming home. I am going to look through my photos / videos to see if there is anything worth publishing. May see you next year.
