Good point, I've always wondered why the wont allow a BBQ but stall holders can cook stuff! :-o

Because stall holders will have insurance etc - Joe Public is liable to set fire to his next door neighbours rug!!! =))

EDIT this might not be the right thread but the right people are using this thread. ;)

This is me and Luca James Lynton, my first , and so far my only grandson. Taken on the day he was born..

His twin didn't survive. Neither did his other 4 predecessors. 'Shell (we christened her Michelle but nobody uses that name - unless she annoys me ;) ) was at her wit's end and Chris and I were getting very, very worried ...

'Shell had had several ops and hormone therapy and IVFs and eventually Luca was born. Thank - whomsoever!!!

Phew it's good to get that off my chest as this has been overshadowing our lives for the last 5 years.

As a blunt Yorkshireman I would never have dreamed that I would post something so personal as this but somehow I feel that you 'lot' will understand.

As another Yorkshireman I know what you mean. Congrats to you and your family. Shame I won't see you on Sunday. Great pics. :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause:

Ian, sorry to spoil such a good idea, but barbecues and bonfires are NOT permitted anywhere on the airfield, as Mayfly suspected.
So its back to cupcakes !
Lovely little chap there Ian, you must be so chuffed :)

Kermit beat me to it. Apart from the airfield rules and regs, your proposed location would be rather too close to 16,000lbs of JetA1. I think you would find Wellesbourne Fire and Rescue would damp down your enthusiasm long before the burgers were done. :))
Sooty

XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

One of these years I'll get to see 655 Also 558 again if I can (con) persuade one of my lot to take me to Robin Hood

It's with deep sadness I'm going to have to stay at home tomorrow.
I've had a really crap day and really not feeling up it :(
I'll see how I am when I get up in them morning, but I'd rather not risk it :(

Have a great day, I look forward to the pics/video :)

That is very true \:D/ \:D/
I hate having to watch it recorded when I get in :))

It also means I don't have to mess around making cupcakes =)) =)) \:D/ even if it does mean you miss out on the gold covered chocolate chunks I bought especially :(

Mum is pleased as I won't get flour and icing sugar everywhere =)) =))

Although I think I will make some Thursday evening ready for Arrivals ;) :D
