Try this, Tom.

Sort a list

To sort rows in ascending order (A to Z, or 0 to 9) or descending order (Z to A, or 9 to 0)

Click a cell in the column you would like to sort by.
Click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending .
Sooty

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

I could sort it like this although it won't sort the other columns with it. This is because the rows are not linked but also the totals are formula, I don't work them out myself.

I've heard!! :ymblushing: :ymblushing:

I'm proud to announce that Tom has secured a 'Saturday job' in a photographic shop in Bishops Stortford.
He was on a 2 day trial (today and tomorrow) and they offered him a job at the end of day 1.
He is very chuffed with himself. (So are we as his small national debt might start to reduce).
Normal service will be resumed mid week.
