I think he touched the brakes too heavily by mistake on either a take off roll or a touch and go .. look how the nosewheel crunches down hard - then jumps up again .. ;)

It looks like a touch 'n' go but the aircraft had just taxied out from the apron for take off to it's scheduled slot at Southport airshow, Here's a more complete film of the event -
