Tornado GR4 ZG777 Performance launch !!!

I was told that this was armed, can anyone confirm it for me and possibly a explanation why ??

Looks a pretty standard take off to me. If you want to see something exciting then look up a Lightning scramble or a V force QRA scramble now that's what you call performance.

if it was armed it could be off to somewhere like donna nook or similar for bombing practice etc

I remember when the aircrew wanted to play so we prepped a mk1A with no ventral tank, missiles or refuel probe :D

I must admit the Lightning T5 is a favourite of mine seems to look better than the single seater in my view.

I remember that first clip very well, its from the BBC series "Test Pilot".................. :D

I have the whole series on video tape somewhere..................... :)
