Shuttleworth Evening Airshow

Postby RobCM17 » Sat Dec 20, 2008 5:58 pm

These photos were taken at the Shuttleworth's Collection Evening Airshow in September. No jet here just a collection of more sedate types of aircraft.
There were taken using a Pentax K20D and my newly aquired 300mm prime lens which I had purchased the day before.
Rob.

Lovely shots Rob, and another reminder that I really must get around to going to Shuttleworth next year!

Thanks for those! Must get to one of the evening airshows: only 20 min up the road from me, so no excuse really...

What do reckon to the K20D? I bought a K200D back in the Summer (well, the wet months between May and September!) and have been very impressed.

I previously had a K10D and then bought the K20D and it was worth it. The Shake Reduction and Dust Removal have been improved greatly, also the sensor to 14.6mp. I've just started to shoot in RAW and convert the images to JPEG afterwards and the quality and contrast of the images is far better.
If you get a K20D with a lens before 31st January you get £100 cashback - go on you know you want to! :)
