viewing points at Brize

Postby Sickbag_andy » Mon Mar 18, 2013 6:50 pm

I've got next week off and am thinking of going to Brize one day hopefully to see a VC.10 or two flying for a last time before they are retired (I think there are only 4 left after this week's flights to Brunty and one of those is in the falklands). 2 questions:

1: can anybody tell me the best places to go (I will be in my car so need to be able to park safely and legally) which will also porvide good points for photography please

2: are the VC.10s actually flying much now and is there a best / most likely time to see them or is it just pot luck please?

any advice most welcome, MTIA

Sadly not , the village hall at Brize is the closest that you can park these days [10 minute walk] :(
