You really need to let your Daily FAIL fixation go! =))

How is anyone surprised, the system STINKS! :-o

It is summed up nicely by one of the posts following your article.

"What does everyone expect, these are based on contracts signed before this goverment took office. You can try your best but These budget increases are due to increase scope or stupid cost plus agreements in the first place. Just imagine what the cost would have been under Labour"

If these people worked for you (Labour, Conservative or whoever) you would dismiss them.

A quote from the Sky report.

"It cites one smaller project for a communications system designed for troops in Afghanistan, which costs £32m but will not be ready until all UK forces are back home"

Dave =)) I have google alerts on items for work, along with that it brings me nearly all gov news. this paper does suck though.
