I would be interested to know people views on what they think are some of the rarest aircraft from the past. :)

Why not tell us what YOU think????????

There is a multitude of one-of-a-kinds
out there not to mention the never-got-
builts :p

Plus, this isn't really an aircraft thread....

Not many AVRO Lincoln's about ;) :D

You could argue that Lancasters are pretty rare, yes we have one flying and one taxi, but how many are in museums? (here).
I think Canada has more than us.

Duxford, Hendon, where else? there's another one, no?

The Halifax Bomber is rare!

6178 built and 2 left One at Elvington and one at RAF Tarrant Rushton
