Sunday 18th March: Channel 4 (8pm - 9pm): 'The Falklands' Most Daring Raid':

'In 1982, the RAF launched a secret mission to bomb Port Stanley runway, putting it out of action for Argentine fighter jets. However, in a story of pluck and ingenuity, the dated Vulcan aircraft picked for the task forced the crew to learn new skills and scavenge for spare parts, to change the outcome of the war' ('conflict').

Sounds interesting.

20:00 Discovery History [Sky 522] tonight .

War Digs with Harry Harris .
Bomber pilot Dennis Brown joins Harry to search for the remains of his Lancaster , shot down as he returned to Britain in 1944 . How did the French resistance secure his escape ?

If the pilots were anything to go by [there were 2 , one at Christmas digging up the remains of a Halifax and another a month ago digging up a Spitfire] , this should be good .
Oh and its a series ;)

Not "Upcoming" but still available on BBC iPlayer here.

"The Challenger", a docu-drama about Richard P. Feynman's involvement in the Rogers Commission looking into the 1986 shuttle disaster (STS-51-L).

I recorded it and watched it this afternoon. Well worth a watch, even if you know the story.

For the geeks amongst us, the complete text of Feynman's now famous "Appendix F ~ Personal observations on the reliability of the Shuttle" is available online here.

I thought it was good, but obviously a lot of the questions/interviews were for those who don't know how an airport works. Episode 2 on tonight - same time, same place.
