Wedgy at the risk of getting myself banned for being a nuisance.......

after I use a smiley I get the following error come up when I want to close the smiley window -

it doesn't cause any problems , am I right in assuming it a fault with me not IAC - SM says he doesn't it (but then we all know hes a bit slow anyway) rofl

Bit weird this. I haven't changed the forums code in many many weeks, but if this problem has only just occurred (presume in IE7?) it might be your cache files causing issue. When you next have the smilies window open, refresh the page while holding down CTRL.

Well IE7 isn't compliant with a lot of things so it could well be that.

it's only started doing it the 3 days. It doesn't seem to make any difference whatever I click the windows the close normally. Will try what you suggest Wedgy

No makes no difference, but I have noticed it doesn't happen with all smileys only some of them

I sometimes get that when I'm on other sites. I tend to use Mozilla Firefox instead of IE which seems to have cured the problem.
