Is the function to warn posters if additional posts have been made whilst they are typing a reply working? :-?

I have been caught out twice this afternoon. ~x(

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

Now I'm confused ... I didnt think is was enabled for Fun & Games (too busy to cope), but system says it is ....
