Why do the Change 1 letter, Person above, Jokes and Mallet threads indicate that they include attachments?

One Olympus 301 has twice the power of a complete F1 starting grid.
XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.

Yeah, eventually found it in Jokes (the shortest thread to search), it was posted by RLN, and it doesn't work (at least, not on my computer). Image

Just said MS Word wouldn't open it, and neither would anything else. It was posted a long time ago, so maybe the destination had changed making the link useless.
