Missing Avatars?

Has anyone noticed ANYONE'S avatar is missing?

Had an isolated case of SM not seening his avatar and Mayfly not being able to see it either - although all looked fine to me.

Is this an isolated case?

(PS - we know it's back now, after i re-uploaded it. sm)
