Safari 4 Browser

Postby Gully » Fri Jul 03, 2009 4:58 pm

Since I updated to Safari 4 (from 3) last week, I keep finding myself mysteriously logged out of IA - sometimes mid-post! Anybody else using Safari finding the same problem?

Thanks,

Gully

PS. I've been using Safari for IA as opposed to IE as both IE7 and IE8 (to a lesser extent) don't allow me full Smily and link functionality with IA (even though IE's fine with every other site I use!).

Not familiar with Safari mate, but try the "delete all board cookies" link at the bottom of the forums (just above the advert banners)

IA has always logged me out randomly ... usually when I have been on another computer at work. Does this happen on the same machine ? If so clear out the Safari cache and try again.

Yep - IA is designed as such, that if there is an IP change on your username (Computer change or Router reboot), it will ask you to re-login for security purposes ;)
