Yes, they certainly seem to be getting enough money coming in (sponsorship of parts, etc.) at the moment, to be able to maintain the required progress with the build.

Thank you for posting the link Ray. Just seen that the cab is now painted and fitted. Lining will be carried out when the side tanks are fitted. May progress continue to go forward.

The boiler is joined together. Just waiting for firebox and front tube plate before tubes are fitted. Should be in the October newsletter.

Thank you for posting the Update, Robert. The 'new' LNWR Heritage facilities at Crewe sound amazing. Very encouraging for the future of Steam Locomotives on the Main Line (and Preserved Lines).
