From an Oldie

Hi.
From an oldie, only 82! Did National Service in 48/49,Royal Artillery 3.7 ack ack. Did two practice camps. Three months after demob, I joined to Royal Air Force, trained at RAF Melksham as electrician (air) and was posted to Binbrook with 617 Squadron. Did a six month detachment in Malaya. Back in civvy street, was in the food industry with a firm called Cherry Valley Farms, was electrical supervisor. 25 years in Air Cadets as Warrant Officer. Long Service Medal and Commandants Commendation. 7 years as Special Constable in Grimsby Police Force. Now taking it easy and help my wife breeding miniature poodles.

to Iconic Aircraft membership....
