Just dropped in

Postby Eagle770 » Fri Apr 01, 2011 8:35 pm

Hi,
Just stumbled across this forum while researching a WW1 propeller I have just bought.
I was in the RAF for 30 years, firstly as a pilot on Vulcan, Canberras, Dominie and Jetstream before being an Engagement Controller on Bloodhound and becoming a Fighter Controller. My wife and I are both interested in aircraft and all aspects of aviation. The house is littered with pictures and models as well as two propellers, one from and Auster and the second I am researching appears to be from a Farman F20 or a Grahame-White 15 from 1917.

Hello to you all.

Joe :)

Welcome, Eagle. :)

Sounds like you'll fit in well on here.

XM655 has four of them, all serviceable.
