Hello everyone...

Found the site today and can't believe I have not see it before. I am a great fan of the older aircraft and am lucky enough to have spent the last 16 years flying a true classic, the VC10. There are a few characters here I think I recognise from other forums and some of you may know me from other sites as well..

Started having a good read through the site this evening and there is some interesting stuff...

All the best,

Tonks :)

Please have a look at my photos - FLICKR Pics here...

Thanks all,

Having had a look through last night the VC10 does seem popular. Everywhere we go with the old girl she does attract a lot of comment and interest, just such a shame there is not a great deal of time left in service...

I have put a couple if videos on You Tube if anyone is interested...

A bit of formation flying - a formation approach

Receiving fuel from another VC10 - Prodding, the Sport of Kings

Thank You Tonks!

And Welcome!

I was privileged to have the chance to fly
on a BOAC Funbus from LHR to BOS way
back in 1971!

Those were the days!
