Everyone has been very cool and helpful here.
Thank You Much
If I have put 2 and 2 together correctly it sounds like some of you may be from Canada.
Canada is a Beautiful place I've been fishing on the Lake of the Wood's Ont. Canada.
Great place to fish I caught lots of walleye and northern pike

If you want to know where we all are, go to the "Forum" menu at the top of the page, and click on "Members Map". It will give you a picture of who is (roughly) where. ;)

Actually, most of the people on here are from
the UK. I'm the only American that posts on here
on a regular basis. This is a really crazy/wonderful
website. Not always perfect, but as they say in
Minnesota, "Pretty Good".

Now's the time to branch-out and spend some time
looking through the rest of this place. You could
spend/waste DAYS and DAYS of your time looking
back over all of the "Stuff" on here......

Anyhow, welcome and feel free to keep the B-29
stuff coming. I still have a few B-29 stories from
my Cousin Richard in WWII I haven't told yet!

B-29 Stuff

I would love to here some your stories too.
My Grand father (dad's dad)worked for the Martin plant in Omaha Ne. where the B-29 Enola Gay was built.
He was a foreman or like a chief mechanic and was over most of the special modifications to the Enola Gay to be able to accept the atomic bomb. He did not know why they were doing what they were doing to this air plane until world war II ended.

Larry::::::::::::::

I've started a B-29 thread on the Military Aircraft
section down below.

Check it out and add something yourself!
