Change 1 letter AND/OR move 1 letter in same go !

Postby Spitfire » Sat Feb 07, 2009 7:33 pm

Right - this time ......

You can move OR change one letter like last time - lets stick with 5 as I think 6 may get too complicated - but a change to last time ...
NO repeated words on the same page - so - ok we can use those used on previous pages but lets try not to get into loops.

Let us begin this time with ..........

sorry - is it just me? what's the difference between this and the last one? "You can move OR change one letter like last time" - that's what we could do last time round =))

or are we now allowed to move AND change in one go? or is it change two letters like Mayfly just did? =))

so confused now :((

Well the only change was the no repeat on the same page thing ......

But I do like the idea of Move AND change one letter - so as its early on we'll add that...

You can move one letter AND change one letter in the same go.

BUT not 2 letters - OK SM - you with it now ;) :D

but you still haven't specified the rules coherently =))

what can we do in ONE move? change ONE letter, or move ONE letter, or a combination of the both?

what???????????????? tell us please oh word-meister :(( =))

edit: aha! just seen your sneaky edit :D

so we can move one letter AND change one letter in the same move! HURRAH! \:D/ :ymapplause: :D

perhaps you should edit the name of the thread by replacing "OR" with "AND" :D

PERFECT - the very thing and an excellent example young lady :D

So to clarify .......

You can simply move 1 letter as before - OR - change 1 letter as before
BUT you can now ALSO move 1 and change 1 on the same go - if needed
So you don't have to do both each time - but you can if you want :p :D
AND the rule I began with of no repeats on the same page stands.
You can't change 2 letters or move 2 letters either - 1 of each only.

As requested by SM - thread name changed to reflect this - clear as mud now eh :))

So the words given above of MILLS going to SMILE is a perfect example of one move and one change in action B-)

So MFs word is SMILE and we go from there.......lets see how long we go before some arse cocks it up (it'll probably be me :ymblushing: )

well the last few have only been one letter-change OR move :((

is this optional then Spitfire or do we have to move one letter AND change another? =))

going with "stilt" - I'll change the "T" and move the "L" - SPLIT
