Ant and Dec haven't been funny since one of them was shot in the eyes with a paint ball gun on Byker grove back in the early 90's :))

I 4th the Saturday night TV!

I usually stick a DVD on on Saturday and Sunday nights or I'll listen to a hockey game, like today, Nottingham Panthers are playing Cardiff Devils at 5pm so I'll watch the feed on the website then I'll listen to the Connecticut Whale (AHL) radio feed as they face off at 3pm (7pm for me*) then later the NY Rangers (NHL) are also playing but their game isn't till 7pm/11pm.

So I can avoid it most of the day :D \:D/ \:D/

*Only 4 hour difference till next week(?) then it's back to 5 hours :(

I second that, we met two (on different roads) today, we nearly ended up in the ditch both times ~x( :))

I also still hate (some) female 4x4 drivers who have no idea how to drive their car X(
Why should we, in a low Toyota Yaris, be the ones to drive up a 6 inch grass verge/curb so they don't get their wheels dirty?
I thought they had 4 wheel drive or am I missing something?

Mum had me scraping out massive chinks of mud (and grass) out of the wheel arch this evening because of it.

Just stop and look at them. Point blankly refuse to move and wait. It's lots of fun to do . Make them go round YOU. Remember if you are stationary and they hit you, then it's THEIR fault as they hit a stationary vehicle. If they then drive on it's Failing to stop. Now that is a BIG fine. =)) =)) =))

Do you ever travel what I call 'Squidge Alley' the diagonal road from Metheringham Heath to Scopwick? It is the worst road for 4x4's not giving way and isn't 2 car widths and they always want to use the full road ~x(

Yes, I know that road and I'm pretty sure we've met the same 4x4 drivers down it ~x( :)) and white vans too if I'm thinking of the same road.

Next doors cat!

He adopted us several years ago (still goes "home" for his dinner, but basically lives with us).

Last week mums friend gave her a bag of Spikes hedgehog food, as she knows we leave food out for quite a few hedgehogs. We've never used it before, we feed them peanuts and water.

It clearly states on the bag that cats and dogs DO NOT like and WON'T eat the nuggets of chicken flavour biscuits that are in it.

Last night we proved other wise as we watched Ludo tucking into them 8-| =))

I'm not surprised, he's a strange cat :)) =))

I have taken the EHD into a computer shop this morning and they will see what is wrong and what, if anything, can be recovered. Mine was the 3rd one he had had in. Awaiting email to see what is wrong.

EDIT 1: I had an email from them, and they say nothing is wrong with it, but might be worth doing a full back-up as it may be on the early stages of failing completely. May take my laptop with me and check that it isn't the lead from the unit to my laptop that is slightly dodgy. Still awaiting a reply on how much for them to do a back-up.

Good news, Minty. \:D/

Hope it's just something simple (and cheap) like the cable.

EDIT 2: I got a quote from them. Total of £118.80 for a new 1Tb HDD & transfer of Data. Will see if I can pay for it in 2 instalments. If not, then that will be most of my 2 weeks benefit gone in one go.
